Nick is a principal alongside his brothers at Sansone Group - currently ranked one of the country’s top five commercial developers and a 68 year old family business founded by Nick’s dad, Anthony F. Sansone Sr.
Since 2018, Nick and the Sansone team have capitalized 28 projects with 17 institutional grade capital partners ranging from fund managers, separately managed accounts, wealth management platforms, family offices, etc such as Goldman Sachs, Invesco, Fortess, Principal Life to name a few. They’ve grown their portfolio to 56.6 million square feet of development projects that total $9.8 billion in market value.
In the past 6 years, over $900 million was raised & deployed from LP capital - exceeding return expectations for their partners.
